By accessing or using BuildFlow (the Service), operated by BuildFlow Technologies (Company, we, us, or our), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.
These Terms apply to all users, including company owners, managers, contractors, crew members, and viewers.
BuildFlow is a cloud-based construction management platform providing tools for project management, team collaboration, approval workflows, material tracking, document management, and reporting.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time with reasonable notice.

BuildFlow offers the following subscription plans:
Annual billing is available at a 20% discount. All prices are in USD. Payments are processed securely through Stripe.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
New company accounts receive a 14-day free trial with full Pro access. No credit card is required. At the end of the trial period, you must select a paid plan to continue using premium features. Your data will be retained for 30 days after trial expiration.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not provide refunds for partial billing periods.

The Service and its original content are owned by BuildFlow Technologies and protected by US and international copyright and trademark laws.
You retain ownership of all content you upload. By uploading content, you grant BuildFlow Technologies a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, store, and display your content solely for providing the Service.
Your use of the Service is governed by our Privacy Policy at buildflowtechnologies.com/privacy-policy, incorporated into these Terms by reference.
We implement industry-standard security measures including row-level security, encryption in transit and at rest, and regular security audits.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BuildFlow Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
Our total liability for any claims shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
The Service is provided as-is and as-available without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States. Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with American Arbitration Association rules.
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
