Refund Eligibility
We offer refunds in the following circumstances:
Technical issues: If a significant issue prevents you from using the Service and our team cannot resolve it within 72 hours, you are eligible for a full refund.Accidental charges: If you were charged due to a billing error, you are eligible for a full refund.First-time subscribers: If you are a first-time paid subscriber and request a refund within 7 days of your first charge, we will issue a full refund as a one-time courtesy.Duplicate charges: If you were charged twice for the same billing period, we will refund the duplicate charge immediately.Non-Refundable Situations

Log in to your BuildFlow accountGo to Settings then BillingClick Cancel SubscriptionYour access continues until the end of the current billing periodAfter cancellation, your data is retained for 30 days. You can reactivate at any time during this period.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, contact us at billing@buildflowtechnologies.com with:

Annual Subscriptions
For annual subscriptions:
